After years of a frustrating process with our insurance company in regards to a denied sinkhole claim, we came to the conclusion that we would need to file a lawsuit. We hired Brad Stewart as our lawyer and could not be happier that we did! He was always professional and very knowledgeable about the insurance business and processes. He kept us informed and answered countless questions along the way. When it became clear our case would go to trial, he prepared us for what to expect and always made sure we knew what was happening and listened to our questions and concerns. I do believe our case was an uphill battle, but thanks to Mr. Stewart's skill, commitment, and preparedness, we won our case! He is hard-working, detail-oriented, organized, honest and personable! We would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend in need of legal counsel. [Florida Bar Notice: Prospective clients may not obtain the same or similar results]
